Do you offer a referral program?
YES! This is how our referral program works: When you refer someone and they have hired us and they have completed their third cleaning, you (the costumer) will get a free Fridge cleaning ($30 value) or an oven cleaning ($30 value). If you continue to refer us to more friends and we've completed the oven and the fridge cleaning for you... you also get a $25 discount on your cleaning as a special thank you bonus.
How long do I have to cancel an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment with us, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice so we can re-arrange our work schedule. If for some reason you do not give us notice of cancelation, a $25 fee will be applied.
Will it cost extra if I change or postpone an appointment?
No, biweekly costumers that change or postpone their appointment days until the next scheduled appointment time, will be charged as once a month cleaning.
What if my check accidently bounces?
Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee. No exceptions.
What happens if I forget to leave a check for you?

Will you use your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies or ours?
We prefer to use your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies to avoid the spread of germs.
Do I need to be there when you clean?
No. We prefer it if you are gone when we clean. Your being gone will protect you from any accident due to slippery floors and cords! Your safety comes first.
