house! Our goal is to make you as happy as you make us, with your trust and friendship.
We hope to achieve our goal day after day! We want to have a open relationship to better
serve your needs! Communication is the key to our success! We have listed some frequently
asked questions below to better serve you!
Q: How long do I have to cancel an appointment?
A: If you need to cancel an appointment with us, we ask that you give us at least
24 hours advance notice so we can re-arrange our work schedule. If for some reason you
do not give us notice of cancelation, a $25 fee will be applied.
Q: Will it cost extra if I change or postpone an appointment?
A: No, biweekly costumers that change or postpone their appointment days until the
next scheduled appointment time, will be charged as once a month cleaning.
Q: What if my check accidently bounces?
A: Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee. No exceptions.
Q: What happens if I forget to leave a check for you?
A: If you forgot to leave a check for us, you can mail it to us at:

Q: Will you use your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies or ours?
A: We prefer to use your own vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies to avoid the
spread of germs.
Q: Do I need to be there when you clean?
A: No. We prefer it if you are gone when we clean. Your being gone will protect
you from any accident due to slippery floors and cords! Your safety comes first.

Q: What happens if I don't like your work?
A: Any complaints about a job will be carefully examined, but will not be accepted
if has been more than 24 hours after completion.
